Women’s Sauna ( refill your energy, weekly ritual)

  • Small group – maximum 8 women, ensuring a cozy and respectful atmosphere.

  • every Wednesday and sunday, the sauna is for women only

  • Pick-up at Radisson Blu hotel at 15h

  • Drop-off at Radisson Blu Hotel at 17h

  • Refresh & recharge – Hot sauna and cold water plonge

  • Everything provided – soft towels and spring water. So you only need to bring your swimsuit.

  • Midweek reset – every Wednesday, a moment to pause, unwind, and refill your energy.

Sauna and Ice Bath outside the city of Tromsø: Revel in the invigorating contrast of a hot sauna and an icy plunge, providing a unique wellness experience.

The wood-fired stove inside the sauna gives a cozy cabin feel, enhancing your relaxation, as well as a bio sauna and even a northern light sauna.

The sauna is located oustide the city of tromsø 22 km, offernig not only a chance to enjoy the experience itself but also an oppurtinity to see a bit more of the surrounding area.
