The afternoon begins with a relaxed city tour through Tromsø, where your local guide introduces you to the history, everyday life and Arctic atmosphere of Northern Norway.

After exploring the city, we leave the urban environment behind and drive approximately 20–30 minutes into a peaceful coastal area surrounded by nature. Here, in an intimate Nordic setting far from the crowds, you will experience a traditional wood-fired sauna inspired by Scandinavian wellness culture.

Guests can relax in the warmth of the sauna, enjoy the Arctic surroundings and, for the adventurous, experience the refreshing contrast of the cold northern air or a cold dip depending on conditions and season.

The experience finishes with a selection of Nordic-style tapas carefully prepared with local products by professional partners, offering a taste of Arctic Norway in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
