Aurora adventure Tour
with a Professional Photographer guide
We invite you to a night dedicated to searching for that frail beauty called Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights. With Vidar, our professional photographer and local guide, you'll get plenty of attention and tips on how to capture the best possible photos of the Aurora Borealis. During the tour he will share stories about Troll, and its legends and myths.
Of course, you are welcome to join our tour with or without a camera. Our guide will also take photos of the aurora to share. :)
If it is cloudy above Tromsø, not to worry, it is possible to find clear skies at a location farther away. Vidar will carefully analyze the weather conditions before the tour so that he can take you to the best Northern Lights locations in the area, which sometimes include Finland or Sweden.
We provide you with all the gear needed (winter suits and dry boots), and like this you can fully enjoy this tour, even if it is freezing cold outside. If you need a tripod, we can lend you one of ours for free. Later in the evening Vidar will take your portrait and send it to you via email.
We will spend plenty of time under the open sky; we will not miss anything up there! Come with us on a truly amazing adventure.
Rate: NOK 2400/person
Duration: 7 - 10 hours.

Tour Program
17:30 Pick-up in downtown Tromsø (Radisson Blu hotel).
18:00 Studio arrival and distribute gear
18:30 Chasing the Aurora. To maximize the time spent outside, we bring food to picnic under the sky
01:00 - 03:00 Return to the city
Notes: Time is approximate because Aurora is a surprising lady, as we say in Norway ;-)
