Photo Discovery of Summery Tromsø
Welcome to a creative, inspirational and fun 2 hour city walk in Tromsø led by a professional artist and photographer. We look at traditional wooden architecture, rich in detail, clashing with modern glass and steel, hidden corners and backstreets off the tourist track, meeting points for the locals, palm-filled parking lots and that sudden glimpse of mountains and fjords between buildings. Camera angles, good framing and good light are highlighted, as well as information and anecdotes on Tromsø history, architecture and everyday life. All kinds of cameras will do, even your mobile phone.
Included: Professional artist or photographer as a guide
Please bring: Wind- and rainproof jacket, sunglasses, comfortable shoes and your camera (all kinds of cameras will do, even your mobile phone)

Photo Discovery of Fjords, Villages and Midnight Light
A trained photographer and artist takes you to the Island of Kvaløya immediately west of Tromsø for a 5 hour photo outing with potential Midnight Sun. From the city’s suburbs through lively fishing villages like Ersfjordbotn and Tromvik to the near-ghost village of Rekvik facing the open sea, you discover how fishing villages have changed. Timed to catch that soft evening light, we of course hope for a glimpse of that diva, the Midnight Sun. Practice photo angles, good framing and good light, as well as discovering a bit of local history and everyday life.
