Cooking: Silvia and Vidar never took any cooking classes, but they are passionate cooks. So expect Norwegian home cooking, a lot of fishy business and that extra Canadian-Argentinean-World  touch. Vegetarian fare and other dietary requests are no problem, as long as they are notified ahead.
